Have you ever tried Hoodia?
I am wondering if any one has tried Hoodia diet pills and if they have worked for them? I would also like to know where you purchased them from as their are many websites advertising Hoodia this n Hoodia that, it is rather confusing to determine which products are genuine.

I have been using Hoodia on and off since a bit before Christmas and I have been happy with my results. I had tried several different types, some giving me no results, some ok results but one gave me what I wanted but I had to do a bit of research first..

As you mention there is a lot of confusing information about Hoodia and it's hard to tell if what you are purchasing is actually real hoodia.

First you want to decide whether you want a liquid, pill or hoodia diet patch. Think about your lifestyle. I prefer the liquid hoodia since it goes to work quickly and has better absorption rates than pills do.

With a hoodia patch, you will have hoodia being absorbed 24/7, so if you are one to forget to take pills and liquids 10-30 minutes before eating than a patch would be best for you.

Finding pure hoodia that is actually from the gordonii plant (the only variety of hoodia that works to cut your appetite) you have to look for a C.I.T.E.S certificate. This will show you that it truly is hoodia gordonii from southern Africa. If the site does not have this certificate then it's not hoodia gordonii from south Africa.

Now when hoodia is farmed at different times of the year the quality may go up and down. The brand that I use has a number on the bottom of the bottle that you can input onto the site and it will give you information about the hoodia that is in your bottle. This is a second way to know that you are getting pure hoodia.

You also want to stay away from products that have additives that will stretch your hoodia. Look for ingredients like green tea or other herbals. Although there is nothing wrong with green tea for weight loss, having it in your hoodia means that you are getting less hoodia per serving.

You also want to make sure that you get a full 30 day money back guarantee if for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase. If there is no guarantee or a shorter than 30 day guarantee stay away.

Some feel the power of hoodia right away and others don't feel anything until 2 weeks or so. That's why you want that 30 day time span. You want enough time to see how it works for your body.

You also want to check with the Better Business Bureau online. Although every company gets a few unhappy customers once in a while, if you see many thats a sure sign that something is not quite right.

I think that the information above will help you make a wise decision.

Hoodia DOES work, I've used it, and, like any other drug or supplement, if you stop using it and resort to bad habits, you'll put the weight back on.

You can try some for free for 7 days, some of the vendors that offer it for free are listed here off and on.

Many people ask me how they can slim down, look great, and feel good. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, most people need some “help” when losing weight and I suggest using a weight loss pill that is side effect free, increases metabolism, and burns fat.
This company is giving away a free 15 day sample for only $4.95 shipping and handling!

I started taking your Hoodia diet pills before most meals and after a few weeks I feel great.

What real hoodia is? What the difference between traditional Hoodia gordonii and the many cheap knock-offs and weak hoodia products that have arrived on the scene? There is some misunderstanding and the need exists for clarity in defining authentic hoodia from the fakes and weak altered versions.

There are two certified documents required to prove the authenticity of pure South African Hoodia (http://www.buy-hoodia-diet-pills.info/certification.php). They are the C.I.T.E.S Certificate and the Protected Plant Permit.

Hoodia absolutely works. The problem is that 80% of what is available on the market doesn't work, no matter how good the the brand's promotion or advertising is. I've taken three different brands of hoodia in the last month: one not effective at all, one somewhat effective and another definitely works. The one I am using now that works is Desert Burn. But, you can't rely on this a quick fix. I've lost a solid 4 lbs in 5 weeks and I am pretty happy about that b/c I only need to lose 10 more. It might take me 3 months, but, I am completely happy as I do not deprive myself or want for any food. PS - I also have not tried, but, trust that Hoodoba is good too. Dex - L10 from GNC didn't really work for me.
